Steve Wayne launched Benjamin Stevens Estate Agents in January 2004 aged just 22 years old. In 2024, the company are celebrating their 20th year in business. Since the launch, Steven has grown and developed the business which now operates with large and successful Sales (Residential and Commercial), Lettings and Property Management departments spread over two branches, a well-established Block Management practice and an in-house Auction department. Steve has extensive knowledge of the lettings industry. His landlords are loyal and he believes that's down to the service, expertise and dedication of his team. Steve is married with two young daughters. He spends his spare time with them and his second love, Queens Park Rangers, at Loftus Road.
