Terms & Conditions

 

1: CANCELLATION BY YOU:

A confirmed booking shall only be deemed to be cancelled when the written notification of the cancellation is received. Where a customer cancels the provision of the service, the customer shall be liable to pay the following charges in respect of the services:

  1. Less than 1 month’s notice from the booked event: 100% of fee is due

  2. Cancellation notice within 1 – 6 Months of the event booked: 50% of the fee is still due

  3. 6 Months plus: No cancellation fee is due

 

2: CANCELLATION BY LIS MEDIA LTD:

  1. In the event that we LIS Media Ltd. have to cancel an exhibition any funds already paid will be re-allocated to;

  2. Another live show at the next available date

  3. Digital Marketing

  4. Online show

3: NON-PAYMENT FOR EVENTS:

Payment must be made as agreed with your account manager at the time of booking, and according to the signed booking form terms. Failure to pay as agreed at the time of booking may result in your company not being able to exhibit with any monies outstanding still being due in full.

 

4: LATE PAYMENTS:

For any payments that are not paid on time LIS Media Ltd will have the option to add 15% increase in price and you may run the risk of not being able to exhibit with full funds still being owed to LIS Media Ltd.

5: MOVING EVENTS:

If you the client are wishing to move the event that you are due to exhibit at, this is something that LIS Media Ltd must be notified of 6 weeks prior to the event in writing and over the phone with your account manager. Moving the client from one event to another in the same year is at the discretion of LIS Media Ltd and any payments already agreed must be paid in full according to the invoice that you would have received.

6: CHARGES:

All charges for the Services will be the charges quoted by the Company at the time of booking (subject to any adjustment in accordance with these terms and conditions).

  1. All charges are subject to Value Added Tax at the current rate.

 

7: ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW:

  1. Please note that if any electrical equipment on your stand does not pass venue health and safety checks you will not be allowed to use them, and Landlord Investment Show can accept no responsibility for this.

  2. If any adverse weather conditions mean that one of our shows are not able to go-ahead then National Landlord Investment Show cannot accept any liability for this. 

  3. You the exhibitor are solely responsible for the information that you pass on to the attendees at our shows. 

  4. If one of the venues has to be closed during a show day then this will still be counted as a show day and no refund will be offered. 

  5. If there is a power cut on the day and the venue is unable to provide electricity then the National Landlord Investment Show can accept no liability for this. 

  6. If the internet connection drops out during the show then the National Landlord Investment Show can accept no liability for this. 

  7. If you the exhibitor cause any damage at our shows then you may be liable to pay fees.

  8. If any travel issues mean that you are unable to attend the show then National Landlord Investment Show can accept no liability for this and you will still be charged the same fee as agreed for that show. 

  9. If you are wanting to setup on the day of a show and your stand is not setup before the opening time, National Landlord Investment Show has the right to refuse entry, and you will still be charged the same fee as agreed for that show. 

  10. The National Landlord Investment Show will do everything it can to make sure seminars take place in accordance with its advertised programme. However, we reserve the right to substitute an alternative seminar or vary the time of any seminar.

  11. The right to admission to seminars and panel debates is reserved by the event manager and event venue who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion and may, from time to time, carry out security searches.

  12. The right to admission to the event is reserved by the event manager and event venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion. would advise customers that no refunds will be offered to clients and delegates who are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings.

  13. Video and camera equipment are not permitted to be brought into the seminar rooms, or the exhibition. 

    Note: Any speaker wishing to record a seminar that they are presenting must seek approval from the Exhibition’s Event Director.

  14. In the event that a political group or individual makes attending the event difficult, LIS Media Ltd cannot be held accountable for this and the exhibition will be treated as a normal event with no refunds due, or if monies still owed should be paid as per terms of the booking form.

8: THIRD PARTY HTML CAMPAIGNS:

  1. Creative to be supplied as a finished HTML file with all links and images embedded.

  2. Client is responsible for any amends nor edits required.

  3. The creative send is to be signed-off by the directors of LIS Media Ltd.

  4. The third party email will only be sent when payment is received in full.

  5. If by the agreed date of the third party email send no money has been received, LIS Media Ltd has the option to cancel the campaign with funds for the campaign still due in full.
